Millennium Music SoftwareHow we startedMillennium Music Software was founded in 1992 by a professional musician with a vision that computers and technology would enable anyone to create their own music to an un-dreamed of standard in the privacy of their own personal studio. It has taken a while to turn the dream into reality. Many manufacturers have thrown their hardware and software into the ring. Millennium, now known just as Millennium Music have been in there refereeing now for fifteen years – testing, comparing, advising, specifying and helping many thousands of musicians, producers and teachers achieve their goals. With all this experience behind them Millennium can guide you through the maze of products – some magnificent, some doomed to disappoint you - so that you get the results you want – first time! Demonstration FacilitiesAt Millennium we have our own facilities where you can see demonstrations of the products and try them out for yourself. Seeing, hearing and trying is believing, in this business. So book a private demonstration with one of our friendly, experienced consultants who will help you to make the right decisions StockMost items are kept in stock or on 24hr reserve with manufacturers so that we have immediate access to the very latest versions of software and hardware available. We constantly re-order cutting edge products to ensure we have the very latest revisions available! Most PC and laptop systems are built to order so please allow a week or so for delivery. SoftwarePlease note that it is the customer's responsibility to check that the software they wish to purchase is compatible with their hardware. Millennium Music Software Ltd accept no responsibility where software has been purchased, opened and installed where it is then found that the customer's system is not compatible with that software as stated in the manufacturer's system requirements for that product. Guarantee.We absolutely guarantee that any products specified by us, for systems built and configured by us, will perform as specified. Delivery.Standard UK mainland delivery is charged at £7.99 per order. An additional charge is made for deliveries to Isle of Man and Shetland Isles. 90% of orders are despatched via Parcel Force courier, some may go via registered post. Deliveries are normally made between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are available at an extra charge. Overseas delivery is calculated depending on the destination assuming a 10 kilo consignment, please see the country drop down menu on the checkout page. PC systems attract a higher delivery charge due to weight and insurance considerations. Cancellation.You may cancel you order at any time in writing up to and including the seventh day AFTER you receive your order. You must however take reasonable care of the item and cover the cost of returning the item to us. You must ensure that all of the packaging is intact and the product is in re-saleable condition and that all manuals, and accessories supplied with the item are included. This does not apply to:

Any returns where the product’s packaging has been defaced or damaged in transit due to incorrect packaging WILL be subject to a charge. Faulty Items.If your item develops a fault within the first 28 days we will happily replace it from stock. If no stock is available then we shall order a replacement on the next shipment from that supplier. If the fault occurs after 28 days we will get it sent back to the supplier for repair.
