MIDI Keyboards & Controllers

Millennium Music stock a wide range of MIDI controller keyboards, Pad controllers and MIDI System controllers from Akai, Novation, Edirol, M-Audio, Yamaha, Korg and more. Use your MIDI controller to enter data into your music software so that you can quickly access parameters without having click through pages of options on the screen. Instantly adjust volume levels, effects levels and other MIDI parameters so that you can concentrate on making your music rather than trying to find the settings you need. You can also start, stop and rewind your music software from your MIDI keyboard which is a far more convenient way of working.

Some MIDI controllers are "intelligent" in that they can auto-sense (auto-map) which software is being currently used (active on screen) and instantly apply the correct mapping so that the controller controls the right parameters on the software. These are ideal for when using many software instruments.

Pad controllers are especially useful for programming drum patterns rather than a MIDI keyboard. The PAD controllers are velocity sensitive so that the harder you hit the pad the louder the drum will sound and so you can get greater expression in your drum patterns.
