Yamaha's STAGEPAS™ 300 has already become the portable PA system of choice for legions of musicians on the move, and now the STAGEPAS™ 500 is available for situations in which a little extra power and channel capacity is needed. The basics remain the same: an incredibly lightweight, portable, easy-to-use PA system consisting of a pair of high-performance speakers with a built-in powered mixer. You can be set up and playing in a matter of minutes, and then packed away and on the road again with the same ease and speed when you're done. And all of this is provided with no compromise in sound quality or versatility, plus some advanced features you normally wouldn't expect to find in systems in this class. Getting great sound for live performance used to be a big deal. Not anymore with the STAGEPAS™ 500.
the STAGEPAS™ 500 consists of 2 passive speakers and a powered mixer. The mixer fastens into the back of one of the speakers while all the cables stash in the back of the other speaker, so you can carry the whole Pa system in two handfuls and it's only 25kg in total. Mixer can be left in the speaker during use or can be taken out and put somewhere more convenient - you can even get a BMS-10A adaptor and mount it on a mic stand so you got it right where you need it when performing!
the mixer section has 10 inputs, 4 mono mic inputs with XLR/jack connectors plus 3 stereo inputs with jack and or phono connectors so you can pretty much plug anything you want into it!
The on-board reverb is a rich sounding effect and is perfect for vocals and does not sound cheap and nasty like so many do in systems of this type!
